Guest WiFi Wireless Internet Service Policy
We are offering this guest WiFi wireless Internet service (the “Service”) according to this Guest WiFi Wireless Networking Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) as a free, non-public service to visitors during their official visits.
We do not guarantee the Service or specific rates of speed. We have no control over information obtained through the Internet and cannot be held responsible for its content or accuracy.
Use of the Service is at the user’s own risk. We reserve the right to remove, block, filter, or restrict any material that may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or may violate this Policy. We may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of suspected or alleged crimes or civil wrongs.
Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service, or other actions as detailed below.
Responsibilities of Service Users
Users are responsible for ensuring their devices run up-to-date anti-virus software.
Connecting to the Service exposes devices to security risks such as worms, viruses, Trojan horses, denial-of-service attacks, intrusions, and packet-sniffing.
Users must respect all copyrights. Downloading or sharing copyrighted materials is prohibited.
Running programs or processes that degrade network performance is not allowed.
Sending electronic chain letters or mail bombs is prohibited.
Connecting to peer-to-peer networks or downloading large files (e.g., CD ISO images) is prohibited.
Accessing another person’s computer, files, or data without permission is prohibited.
Circumventing or subverting system/network security is prohibited.
Using tools to find security loopholes, decrypt secure data, or gain unauthorized access is prohibited.
Forging user or machine identities in communications is prohibited.
Overloading network resources to the exclusion of others’ use is prohibited.
Wireless Internet access is inherently insecure; users should adopt security measures and avoid confidential transactions (e.g., online banking, credit card transactions).
Users are responsible for the security of their devices.
Limitations of Wireless Network Access
We are not liable for any damage, resource usage, or detrimental effects that occur while a device is attached to the Service.
The user is responsible for actions taken from their device that affect others.
By using the Service, the user releases the Company from liability for any loss, damage, security breach, or injury.
The user agrees to be solely responsible for any such consequences.
Terms of Service
By clicking the accept button, the user agrees to comply with and be bound by this Policy.
If these terms become unacceptable, the user’s only right is to terminate use of the Service.
Lawful Use
The Service may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the rights of others.
The Service must not be used to:
Violate any law or infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other rights.
Access, transmit, or store obscene, libelous, or defamatory material.
Commit illegal acts which may result in prosecution.

Avoid negligent or malicious actions.
Not send emails containing viruses or malicious software.
Run anti-virus software to remove harmful programs.
Not access websites containing offensive, racist, or hateful content.
Not access websites that defame, abuse, or threaten others.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to change the Service, its features, the terms of this Policy, or its systems without notice.
