The collected personal information will be kept/stored and accessed only by authorized personnel and will not be shared with any outside parties unless the disclosure is required by or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

I voluntarily and freely consent to the processing and collection of the above personal data in relation to hotel protocols. I agree and acknowledge that the hotel and both its related corporation and management company may use my name, email address, mobile number, and other relevant contact information in order for me to receive updates about the hotel's products, services, and promotions, compliant with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
