Please be guided of the maximum occupancy of our rooms. We do not offer family rooms/barkada/budget rooms of more than 3 guests in a room. If there are more than 3 guests, we will require to book additional room, subject to availability.

King Garden located at the 1st Floor

Promo rate per night – Php 3,430 (good for 2 adult guests only)

Maximum of 1 extra person is allowed with extra fee of Php 1,500 per night. 4th guest/person in the room is not allowed.

King Birdview located at the 2nd Floor

Promo rate per night – Php 3,430 (good for 2 adult guests only)

A maximum of 1 extra person is allowed with an extra fee of Php 1,500 per night. 4th guest/person in the room is not allowed. King Birdview Room is not recommended if staying with children.

Rates are net and inclusive of daily complimentary breakfast and welcome drinks upon arrival.
